In addition to the statutory warranty, Hamberger Sanitary provides a manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase for the toilet seat brands listed below.

The guarantee covers the proper functioning, freedom from defects of materials and their surfaces, in particular plastics (thermoset, thermoplastic) as well as hinge/lowering damper units.

Should material, manufacturing and/or design defects covered by this guarantee occur within the guarantee period from the date of purchase, provided the toilet seat is used and cared for properly, we will send you the appropriate replacement parts or exchange the toilet seat for a comparable model.
